Loved this cozy coffee spot! Great vibe and friendly staff. Highlights: • Coffee with a rich, nutty flavor • Fresh pastries (croissants are a must-try) • Small indoor seating + outdoor tables • No parking available (best if you’re walking or nearby) Definitely a place I’d come back to!

I got a small mango matcha latte. With tax, it costed me $8.48. I found the drink to be way too sweet and that the mango syrup completely overpowered the matcha to the point where I couldn't taste it. I wouldn't recommend this to someone who enjoys the taste of matcha because I couldn't taste it at all but I really tried to I wish I could, the flavors were just not well balanced in my opinion For a drink that small at that price point I was quite disappointed. I enjoyed the ambiance of the cafe though, and the staff were so so sweet, I just wish that the drink wasn't as sweet as they were

A cute little cafe in the heart of byward. Passed by this spot and noticed this was relatively new. It was pretty busy so we came back another day and tried some drinks! They have a little store inside and would recommend checking this place out! Amazing atmosphere :)

Tried the matcha at The Hub today and honestly, it’s one of the best matchas Ottawa has to offer. It was smooth, vibrant, and the sweetness was balanced. You can still taste the matcha, which I really appreciate. The café has a cozy, chill vibe and it’s easy on the eyes. A nice spot to study or just hang out. Definitely somewhere I’d come back to.

The strawberry matcha exceeded my expectations, it had the perfect amount of sweetness and didn’t overpower the matcha. Such a beautiful space too!

I had a wonderful experience at this coffee. The coconut cake was delicious, and the flat white was especially great . As a foreigner visiting this city for the first time, I was touched by the friendly services. Staff’s kindness made me feel warmly welcomed and gave me a better impression of the city. Also, the atmosphere here is amazing—whether you want to study, find a comfortable place to work, or have a chat with friends, this is definitely a great choice.

The Hub is a place you’ll want to come back to. I really enjoyed the atmosphere — quiet, calm, and cozy. It’s a perfect spot to relax or get some work done away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I especially want to highlight the matcha — it’s one of the best I’ve had in Ottawa. Rich flavor, perfect temperature — you can tell they know how to make it just right. The service was another big plus. Everything was quick, friendly, and thoughtful. From the moment you walk in, you feel taken care of. The place smells amazing — fresh, warm, and inviting. The Hub has its own unique character and style, and you can see that in the interior and the little details. One painting in particular stood out to me — I liked it so much I even recorded a video of it. Thank you for such a warm and thoughtful experience — I’ll definitely be back!

Lovely gem that I found in the market! Their lattes are good, service is great and lots of good seats (and plugs)! Great study spot. I had a latte and my fiancé had a Somali Chai which he’s now obsessed with and won’t stop talking about how good it is they also have a cute little shop section and would love to check it out for next time.
